Electric parts Business, is located in the Huagai Industry Park of Mianyang., we started to manufacture electronic component of household appliances. We specialize in producing of Switching Transformer , Degaussing Coil, Line Filter, Power Transformer, Horizontal Drive Transformer , Fixed Inductors, Choke Coil , Adjustable Inductor , Horizontal Linearity coil , Antenna input part and many other magnetic components. Electric parts business develops quickly with the development of Changhong Group. There are also 65 automatic production line for magneticcomponents and 8 ones for degaussing coils. The more than 550 full-auto winder machines, which are import from Japan, make it reality that full-automatic winds wire with diameter from 0.03mm to 1.0mm. We can also produce degaussing coils with circumference from 550mm to 4000mm by the 130 degaussing coil winder machines. The 1000 advanced instruments and meters also insure the effective work of R&D and manufacture. We have powerful capability of technology and R&D. The factory has an annually manufacture capability of 24 million Switching Transformer, 20 million Degaussing Coil, 35 million Line Filter and 70 million choke coils, which total output value is about RMB 300 million Yuan.

Switching transformers use magnetic core of high performance and are suitable for switching frequencies of 30~100KHz.Through optimization in design, has merits of low temperature rise,high anti-interference ability,reasonable structure and low loss of energy,etc.

We can produce degaussing coils with diameter from 0.25mm to 1.0mm and circumference from 550mm to 4000mm with good degaussing effect and high voltage-resisting and high-insulated performances meeting the safety demand of strengthened insulation.
The coils are made of high voltage-resisting flameproof PVC tapes battening UL and CSA certificates and other high-quality materials with advanced process and safety in performance.
The coils have acquired CQC, UL and VDE Certificate. |

The filters impedance performance is tested well in full frequency (10KHz-13MHz) and the impedance peak distributes among the highest harmonic radiation range of 100-600KHz.The filters can restrict the amount of radiation to minimum to meet the demand of testing overall electromagnetic compatibility.
The filters are made of high-intensity flameproof materials with safety in performance. |
