After graduation, he successively served as a teacher of Mechanical Engineering Dept. in Tsinghua University; vice-chief-engineering of Changhong Machinery Factory and Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. and director of Techniques Institution; chief-engineering of Changhong Machinery Factory and Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd.; vice-president, standing member of the Party committee and general manager of Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd.; standing member of the Party committee, board director of Sichuan Changhong Electron Group Corp.; vice-president and COO of Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd.; deputy mayor of People’s Municipal Government of Mianyang City. Zhao is now president and secretary of the Party committee of Sichuan Changhong Electron Group Corp. and Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd..
 Liu Tibin, born in January, 1963, is vice-president of Sichuan Changhong Electron Group Corp, vice-president and GM of Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd.. He graduated from Hangzhou Electron College
and received his Bachelor’s degree and Senior accountant in financial accounting of Industrial Economics Dept..
