Changhong Mold Processing Center, which is subordinated to Changhong Electric Co. , Ltd, is a specialized department of mold’s development, manufacture and maintain mainly by digital control processing. It owns more than 200 various processing equipment including imported digital control processing center, digital control spark-molding machine, digital control spark-cutter, etc., and also tens of advanced testing equipment. This department has developed a yearly production capacity of more than 700 sets of various molds.

This center actively carries out modern productive mode and administrative system and unifies working pattern of parallel projects and CAD/CAM/CAE, so that the production period has been shortened a lot and the products quality has been assured. Mold design and digital control programming have adopted the international advanced UGII and PRO/E. In order to ensure the precision of plastic-injected mold, this center adopts MOLDFLOW to analyze the process of plastic injection.


The main mold products of this center include: large-sized plastic injection, metal mold and packing foam mold such as TV, air conditioner, DVD, VCD, etc., and high-precision plastic-injection mold such as battery sealant, air conditioner linear-flow fans and high-precision metal molds such as covers of tuner, cabinet.
